This service provides psychological therapy and reflective, development-oriented work. It is designed to support understanding, decision-making and change through a collaborative therapeutically focused process. The focus is on individual therapy rather than coordination across multiple systems or external processes.

Fees
Private Therapy
You do not need a referral to access psychological therapy. Choosing to attend privately allows therapy to be guided by your needs, goals and circumstances rather than the boundaries of a funding model. You don’t need to be in crisis, or meet a diagnostic threshold for a mental health condition, to benefit from thoughtful, supported exploration and skill building.
β
-
Standard Private Consultation (50 minutes) – $280
-
Depth-Oriented Consultation (90 minutes) – $495
The Australian Psychological Society currently recommends a fee of $318 for a standard 46–60 minute psychology consultation. My fee has been intentionally set below this recommended rate to help make high-quality psychological care more accessible. Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
β
Medicare Rebates
Medicare is one way of accessing psychological care, but it doesn't define who can benefit from therapy or how therapy should unfold. Some people attend more frequently for a period of time, while others continue beyond the available rebates.
β
If however, you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral from your GP (or psychiatrist or paediatrician), you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session.
β
-
Standard MHTP Consultation (50 minutes) – $178.45
β
Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year, with an initial referral for six sessions followed by a GP review if additional sessions are clinically appropriate. Unused sessions do not carry over into the following calendar year.
β
Your rebate can be processed immediately following your appointment and is typically deposited directly into your nominated bank account by Medicare generally in 1-2 business days.
